Watchdog identifies cybersecurity holes in 3d manufacturing

The Pentagon uses 3D printing to create artificial limbs, body armor, vehicle parts, brackets for weapons systems, and medical implants. The Defense Department inspector general found issues that could lead to theft of technology or sabotage.
